Becoming an effective business leader requires some important core values such as innovation, positivity, passion, goal orientation, teamwork, creativity, respect, but most importantly, integrity. Integrity is most important to me because the success of a team depends largely on the leader's integrity and their ability to stay committed to doing the right thing even in difficult situations. Leaders with a strong sense of integrity often lead by example, and that's something I strive to uphold.

Founded by my father in 1979, we are the world's first company to provide traders with comfortable home computer artificial intelligence capabilities. I have been involved in the company since childhood, working in various departments from the very beginning in order to eventually take charge myself.
